Sustainability commitments

Our Commitments

Responsibility Is Not Optional

At Texvita, our commitments are not marketing language. They are operational standards embedded into every contract we sign, every factory we partner with, and every material we source. We hold ourselves — and our brand partners — to a standard we would not hesitate to publish in full.

01

Ethical Sourcing

Every raw material, traceable.

We require full supply chain transparency from all our brand partners. Every fiber we use — cotton, modal, bamboo, silk — is sourced from certified mills with independently audited labor standards. We do not source from suppliers who cannot demonstrate fair wages, safe conditions, and environmental compliance.

—

100% traceable raw materials by 2026

—

Zero use of hazardous chemicals in processing

—

Annual third-party supplier audits

02

Fair Labor

Over 400 workers in Bangladesh.

We entered the international trade industry of underwear products in 1996, with mature production capabilities and a dedicated design team. In 2016, we relocated our factory from China to Dhaka, Bangladesh. Today, we employ over 400 production workers in Dhaka — all rigorously trained by us to manufacture high-quality products — providing meaningful livelihoods in one of the world's most impoverished nations. We prohibit child labor absolutely and maintain a zero-tolerance policy on any form of forced or coerced labor.

03

Circular Design

Designed for longevity. Engineered for return.

We are building a take-back infrastructure across our brand portfolio, ensuring that garments at the end of their life are recovered, sorted, and either re-worn, upcycled, or responsibly recycled. New product development guidelines require consideration of end-of-life before a design is approved.
